Indonesia's Reply to Acting Secretary-General

Sir,
I have the honour ko acknowledge the receipt of your note of today's date indicating your Willingness to undertake certain functions concerning issue of passports during the period of he administration by the United Nation Temporary Executive Authority (UNTEA) of the territory of West New Guinea (West Irian ) and requesting my Government to undertake consular assistance and protection abroard to Papuans ( West Irianese ) requ ing such assistence and protection during the period of the UNTEA Administration. I have the honour to inform you that my Government will undertake such consular issistance and protection .
