  1. Indonesia and the Netherlands will jointly, request the Secretary-General to undertake the functions conferred on him in this agreement
  2. Indonesia and the Netherlands will share on an equal basis all costs incurred by the Secretary-General under this agreement, and will make available in advance such sums as he deems Inccessary.
    3. Done on this fifteenth day of August 1962.
